1. Domestic Orders (USA)
All packages ship from Virginia, USA
Processing Time:
All domestic orders are processed and fulfilled within 3 - 5 business days from the time of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

We offer several shipping options for U.S. orders, including standard, expedited, and priority shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the delivery location.

2. International Orders
Processing Time:
All international orders are processed and fulfilled within 5-7 business days from the time of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods:
International orders will be shipped through a professional fine art shipping service. Depending on the size and value of the artwork, this may include crating and shipment via freight. These services are specialized in handling artwork with the utmost care and security during transit.
Shipping Time:
International shipping can take between 10 - 21 business days, depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. Please note that some remote locations may experience longer delivery times.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout and will vary by country, the size, and weight of your order. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. These additional charges will be billed directly to you by your local customs office upon arrival of your package. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on these potential charges before placing an order.
Packaging:
All international shipments will be carefully packed using professional-grade materials, including crating if necessary, to ensure safe arrival. We use specialized fine art shipping services to guarantee the best protection for your artwork.

3. Local Pickup
Pickup Location:
If you're located in Lynchburg, Virginia you are welcome to arrange a local pickup for your order. This option allows you to avoid shipping fees and personally collect your artwork.
Processing Time for Pickup:
Once your order is processed and ready for pickup (typically within 3-5 business days), we will notify you via email with instructions on how and when to collect your artwork.
Pickup Hours:
Local pickups can be scheduled by appointment during our business hours. Please contact us to arrange a convenient time for pickup.
How to Select Local Pickup:
At checkout, select the "Local Pickup" option. Once your order is ready, we will send you a confirmation email with pickup instructions.
4. Hand Delivery (Local Area Only)
Availability:
We offer hand delivery for customers located within a 20 mile radius of our studio. This is a premium service that ensures your artwork is delivered directly to your home or business.
Delivery Fee:
Hand delivery fees are based on your location and will be calculated at checkout. Please contact us before purchase if you’d like to confirm delivery availability in your area.
Delivery Timeframe:
Hand deliveries are typically completed within 5-7 business days after purchase. We will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time.
Packaging:
Your artwork will be safely transported and hand-delivered with extra care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
How to Select Hand Delivery:
At checkout, select the "Hand Delivery" option. You will be contacted to schedule the delivery and finalize details.
